As a collected group we can judge by a law, by emotion, or by a moral majority.

I'm not a bible reader, and I certainly don't claim any right to interpret anything within it. My belief is that god is the ultimate judge. We are here to accept, love, and embrace others whoever or whatever they are.

As soon as I start judging a person by what they wear, what they eat, or who they sleep with, I'm going against god.

I'm not perfect, though. As often as I try not to be judgemental, I catch myself doing it every now and then. The Torah/OT vs sections of the New Testament have very different answers to your question. Is there a particular verse/section that you would prefer to discuss for the sake of context?

As for the sake commenting on judgement and how people interpret it in general, I strongly believe that many people do feel the need to pass judgement on others. Nonreligious peoples (such as myself) do this also though.

A good sign of people passing judgement would be the recent president elections. Religious hot topics became the issues to vote on and not on "politics or policy" so to say.

If this counts for the credits, my username is the thewatchlist and thanks in advance.

Username is SirJello37It can't mean what people se...

Username is SirJello37

It can't mean what people seem to think it means. Many people think that when you say, for example, that homosexuality is a sin, that you are judging people. But Ezekiel tells us (can't remember chapter or verse specifically) that our job is to tell people what God says--the law of the Bible.

You judge, in my mind, only when you say that a particular person or group is bad or is going to hell. We don't have the right to say who is and is not going to hell. We know only what God has forbidden and what he has done to save us--how that applies in any particular case is none of our business, unless it's our own life.
